For your convenience, we offer both remote and onsite technical support. Using Teamviewer allows us to swiftly assist your team during technical troubleshooting, ensuring a quick resolution to your IT issues.

Workstraight, our online ticketing system, is used to process IT work requests. A ticket with the provided credentials can be submitted directly to us at Workstrait. Once your ticket is received, you will receive a confirmation that your problem is under review. Once the issue has been diagnosed, we will keep you updated while fixing your IT problem so that you're in the know. After your problem has been resolved, the ticket will be closed.
