Workstraight our online ticketing system is used to process IT work requests. A ticket can be submitted with us or directly at Workstrait with provided credentials. Once your ticket is received, you will receive a confirmation that your problem is under review. Once the problem has been diagnosed, we will keep you up-to-date while we're fixing your IT problem so that you're in the know. After your problem has been resolved and the ticket will be closed.
